WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-BILLING PERIOD. In such circumstance, you will continue to have access to your purchases & subscriptions until the end of the billing cycle. We only consider providing refunds in case the service fails to work for you because of problems on our end. To request for a refund you must send email to management@showtimeproagency.com with your customer ID and reason for refund.
